Hi everyone, Elsie here! Many of you have followed my story over the past few months. I’ve had surgery on both of my patellas, one at a time, and thanks to the amazing love and care of my foster carer, I’ve recovered beautifully. I now have a full bill of health and I’m ready for my next chapter: finding my very own forever family.

I’m a beautiful 2-year-and-2-month-old female Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I’m a gentle, affectionate girl who absolutely loves companionship. I adore having people around me, going places with them and especially car rides. If you’re looking for a little soulmate who can be part of your everyday adventures, I might just be your girl.

I’m still young, clever and active, so there are a few things I really need in my forever home.

What I love:
✅ Two walks every day are essential, along with plenty of stimulation to keep my clever Cavalier brain busy
✅ I need a house with a secure yard
✅ I would be best suited to sharing my home with another dog who is a little older, around 4–5 years old, who I can play with.
✅ Most of all, I need a loving owner who is looking for a genuine companion and soulmate.
What I already know:
✅ Crate trained
✅ Toilet trained

What Elsie needs:
✅ My twice-daily walks and stimulation aren’t optional, so please only apply if you can give me the active, loving life I need.
✅ A home in South East Queensland area only.

What Elsie is not suited to:
❌ A family looking for a dog who can be walked only when you have time
❌ A home with minimal stimulation
❌ A home outside the Gold Coast and surrounds

I’m well-mannered and relaxed when I feel safe and loved. And apparently I can be a little stubborn sometimes… but my foster family says that’s because I’m so smart. I’m not asking for a perfect home — just the right one. .
